WP Super Cache

I have started to use this plugin on one of my sites wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-super-cache/ and wanted to know if it was the best cache plugin. Also I noticed that it puts a footer link at the bottom of your site and couldn't find if their was a premium version that wouldn't have the footer link.

Application:
1. Create cache directory and set it right 777

2. Save index.php on comp just in case. Type backup.

3. In index.php in the beginning, add:

require ( 'maxsite-cache.php');
if (maxsite_cache ()) return;

4. There at the end add:

maxsite_cache_end ();

5. Because everything is cached, then after razlogirovaniya enter http://sayt/cache-flush This will clear the cache.

6. If you want your cache statistics in the right place in your template list the <! - MAXSITECACHE ->.
If this code is not, then it will appear at the bottom machine.
