How to Make Nice Poker Room Bonus Tables

hi everyone,

How do I make one of the really nice poker room bonus tables which alot of poker affiliates have on their sites?

You probably all know what I'm talking about, if you don't then here's a quick link to one at pokerjunkie (Online Poker Community: Best Poker Info & Top Poker Web Sites); I don't need one as complicated with the question mark things.

Are these made with some specific html editor program or are they expensive jobs only coders can do etc?

It is "just" a regular table with images as a background.

Anybody with a decent knowledge of HTML and CSS should be able to create something like that (if know how to create the images in Photoshop).
