Having problem adding 2nd site to server

first off a total noobie with servers

I have my domains on the server
1st domain/site is up and running

BUT no matter what i have tried i can not get the 2nd domain/site to use/install my CMS. I have to be missing something somewhere?

any ideas , i know it probable real simple and i am overlooking something

intl-alliance and i told them i was going to do 3 sites/domains 1 would have CMS and a phpbb forum with a chat box .The other 2 would just be CMS sites

Email Autoresponders: unlimited
Email Mailing Lists: unlimited

FTP accounts: unlimited
Anonymous FTP: OFF

MySQL Databases: 10
Domain Pointers: unlimited
SSH Access: OFF
Secure Socket Layer: ON
CGI: ON
PHP: ON

If ther is anything else needed let me know plz.

I've never dealt with them before, maybe someone who has can chime in.

However, it looks like "Virtual Domains: 1" is your problem. Do you see something that says addon domains?

I have the 3 domains in my c panel.
these are listed in my "Your Acct"
Domain Setup

Change Password
Login History
DNS Management
Support Center
Installed Perl Modules
Create/Restore Backups
Site Summary / Statistics / Logs

FTP Management
Subdomain Management
MySQL Management
Password Protected Directories
File Manager

Also have these listed in "advanced features'
SSL Certificates
Cronjobs
Mime Types
Apache Handlers
Custom Error Pages
phpMyAdmin
Site Redirection
Domain Pointers

I did tell them i would be hosting 3 or more sites
