Sportsbooks Odds Tool - Trying to Find One

I'm looking for an odds tool that compares odds between various sportsbooks.

If anyone currently uses one of these or would be willing to create one please contact me. I would be willing to pay $$ or links.

I would need it for various sport specific sites such as:
NHL Odds | NHL Betting Odds and Lines

there are a bunch..but many of the odd providers charge a shit load. I saw an affilaite site the other day that has it. i think it was sportsbettingworld.com , maybe contact them?
