Recommendations for WP Form Plugins

I guess the title pretty much says it all, but I'm looking for a WP plugin that will let me design and implement a couple of different looking forms.

Basically, I want the standard "Contact Us" form, but I'd also like to be able to set up a more simple form for people to sign up to a newsletter on.

I'm currently using the rather snappily named "Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form", but it seems that that plugin can only handle one form format.

Some of these contact forms get way to complicated.

A simple one I found was:

Ok, quick question about this.

I've installed the plugin and everything's working fine, but I've got a quick question about the CAPTCHA option.

I've installed the CAPTCHA plugin and got the image showing up on the form, but can someone let me know how I insert an input field to allow a user to type in the captcha value and then tie that into the overall form so that the information isn't sent until the captcha field is correct?

Sorry Simon - never used the captcha plugin so no idea. Although to be honest I try never to use captcha. Means I get more spam sure - but it means the website is a lot more user-friendly for the reader. I'd rather have the extra hassle of spam, than put the extra hassle on the visitor having to deal with the godawful captcha.
