I would install a plugin to handle this. I love the "All in One SEO" plugin to add title, description, keywords! I know there are other plugins as well. Hope this helps.

I've installed it and it lets me add home page meta, but i can't work out how to add the meta for all other pages.
When the plugin is activated, on the page where you add/edit a post/page, if you scroll at the bottom, you should see fields to enter the Title, Description and Keywords.
The option isn't there on any of the pages. I can only edit home page meta when i go to this page. Test blog Log In . Is there something that i have to do to activate it?
When you go to Settings -> All in One SEO, on the page just above Home Title, and below the Donation check box, is Enabled selected for Plugin Status?
Install "Platinum SEO" and much better than "All In One SEO"
