The have some really consumer unfriendly policies, they force you to pay for updates after your initial period has elapsed and if you inadvertently upgrade you might be out of luck until you pay again.

That said the software is great, really easy on the eyes, easy to organize and user friendly.

I think best secure FTP client is FileZilla.
