Kevin,

Have you ever tried Animal Pump? It's basically Shock Therapy and Storm combined, but in a pill form. I've done a few cycles of it over the past two years and love it.

I definitely agree that working out helps you focus better on your work. Whenever I'm in a rut I get out for a run and can come home and get back at it.

I think working out is a key ingredient in online marketing success. I find that after a good solid workout my mind seems to work much more efficiently and I tend to get less scattered.

Right now I'm in a mass building phase and am following this split:

Monday - Chest / Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - 30-40 minutes Cardio
Thursday - Shoulders / Traps / Abs
Friday - Back / Biceps

Sat and Sunday usually do some form of cardio.

What are you taking for a post workout shake? Right now I'm taking whey protein, creatine monohydrate and glutamine.

Also, don't under estimate the power of a multi vitamin first thing in the morning.

I'm hoping it picks up for all of us for the rest of the month!

The dating site isn't doing so well right now because I'm barely getting any traffic at all. I haven't worked on getting many links pointing towards it and don't have too many pages up there. It will be a work in progress for a couple months.

Will hit you guys up on Skype for exchanges!

It has been a bit slow at least on the big sites, then I'm seeing an increase on the smaller rooms. Weird month..

Of course hit me anytime you need a link bro! Or if you want to sell that dating site (my wife needs a hobby), plus I think she needs some tips to find my replacement!

I have just started training im still perfecting my diet and training plan but I should be on track soon. This is why I love my job soo much as I can work train and play whenever I feel the need to. A good workout gets me back on track and focused.

Peace from England

made some minor change, i think an average of $50 or so per month on the wordtracker link in my siggy, but i also coupled that with a video showing the tool in action and how it works + a re-direct that doesn't look like an aff link to newbs, lol.

Well, i saw some sign up under my sub last few months on my poker affiliate blog

also earned me some money but of course not huge. but its true big affiliates do not click on links.

Signature links on affiliate forums trying to get business from other affiliates sucks. Hell, I have programs every day that want me to bring them onto PAL on a 2nd tier sub-affiliate deal...... I would love too!

However, there is one thing I have learned over the years running these forums. And that is that top producing affiliates rarely click on affiliate links. It sucks, trust me, I'm right there with you.

I'v just recently started playing with this too.

I'm using a free game and a redirect through my own site, so I can track the clicks, but I suspect that I should have linked to something interesting on my own site instead, so people don't get scared off by the redirect :)

I obviously don't have any chance of earning any money on the free game (no affiliate program), I just want to know if I can get people to click. You can always monetize later :P

I have a pretty decent fitness site geared towards building muscle. I get decent traffic but I am just starting to look into ways to monetize it.

I'm actually working on a sports related site with two buddies and we are writing a bit about sport specific workouts. I already have a little bit of traffic for some terms and I'm thinking of signing up for an online supplement store affiliate program.

Any of you guys have any exercise or workout sites? I imagine if you are really into working out, building a site around it would be fun and probably even profitable. I think it's great if you can build sites around things your passionate for.

I have been lazy for too long now with no exercise except walking the dog, but I'm getting back on track and started gym again, 3 times a week + joined a foot ball team.

Not sure how that will work out since I haven't really played before but any activity will make a difference :)

work out is important i think, not only for your body but for the health itself! You feel so much better and can work so much harder when your body feels good ;)

I do thaiboxing 4 times a week (since the last 7 years) and run like 10km 3 times a week! No gym or so, dont think that something for me ;)

Yeah, like many others, I USED to work out regularly. I am at 197 right now at 6'0", which isn't horrible, but isn't great. I blame my laziness on my gf who had our little girl a year ago. Watching her sit and eat made me want to eat more, and then you wake up one day with a "daddy belly"

Anyway, I have been easing back into a routine. I did the chest/tri, back/bi, abs/legs workouts with great results before, so I'll probably stick with that. I used to play basketball regularly, and need to devote more time to my health/fitness. Thanks for the reminder!
