I use Shock Therapy these days, but I also really liked NO Explode.
Look at me Gentlemen, of course I work out. I didn't get this buff sitting on my ass in a leather chair all day. LOL Actually I tried weights, but I suck. I am runner though and have done 2 marathons.
Kevin - I take chocolate whey protein for post workout and sometimes in the morning to get me going. I mix it with milk and some oats. I also take multi-vitamins which I do not consider supplements. Occasional I will use a preworkout supplement for energy, something like NO Explode, NO Shotgun. I have realized that your diet is the most important aspect though. 6 Meals a day composed of 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. All the work in the gym will get you nowhere without proper nutrition and rest.
PokerBank - I haven't heard of that brand but it might be around. I was also using creatine when I was trying to gain weight and found it helped a little bit. I also take lean gainer shakes when trying to gain weight. Tom - Workout looks good...I do a bunch of those exercises in my workouts. Do you take any supplements at all?
I am definitely into working out. Right now I am currently building muscle and might start trimming the fat this summer. My current routine: Monday (Chest/Triceps) Bench Press Incline Press Dips DB Flys Skullcrushers Tricep Pulldowns Wednesday (Legs/Shoulders) Squats Stiff Legged Deadlift Calf Raises Leg Extensions Standing Barbell Press DB Lateral Raises Friday (Back/Biceps) Deadlift Barbell Rows Pullups Seated Rows Standing Barbell Curls Seated DB Curls Hyperextensions If any on needs any advice on strength training or building muscle let me know.
Enjoy the benefits of running every other day - increasing the distance each week but usually between 4 to 6 miles, actually get grumpy if I miss one. Would recommend cardio fitness to anyone - I was a late to discover that it makes you more productive as well as healthy - and of course feels good too! Cheers, Mark
I enjoy working out too. Go 3x a week and usually just do weights. Plan on cutting down a bit before the summer, but just going for size at the moment. I'm very careful about what I eat now as my metabolism isn't quite as good as it used to be. Eating as healthy as I can 90% of the time and taking protein shakes along with creatine. Although to be honest, I don't really rate creatine that highly. I don't know if you get this in Canada, but this brand is amazing. I've tried a number of supplements and this is by the far the best tasting with good results. Their chocolate cookie one tastes like McDonalds milkshake. PhD Nutrition My workout is very similar to yours. The only difference is I switch the Biceps for the Shoulders on those first two workout days and minus the cardio.
I have never liked working out. But have always been very active in sports. Here are a few of my secret tips. 1. choose a gym with nice equiptment or you will not enjoy yourself 2. Choose a gym that has beutiful women to give you modivation to go and work out 3. if you dont like working out like me try joining a mens basketball league or some team
Awesome man, looks like your getting into the right mindset. It's hard to get started but once you get going things get easier
I'm not as gung-ho or precise as you are. But I am 194 lbs and that's not good for my height. Granted, I have a decent amount of muscle mass on my frame, but I still need to trim down and get more cut. I've kept relatively healthy because I mostly drink water or fruit juices. But recently I've been having a can of soda per day, and I really need to cut back and get back on track. I picked up a gym membership, but messed up my back a little a few weeks ago when I was going at it too gung-ho. So I need to ease my way back into it. In the interim, I've started buying more fruits & vegetables. Now when I want a snack, instead of reaching for the Fritos I'll have some carrots or celery, with a miniscule amount of dip to add flavor. Hopefully the better diet will help energize me and get me into the gym more often. My focus will mostly be on cardio, with light dumbell work thrown in to maintain muscle mass and enhance the overall workout.
I have several pages and a domain for a dating site, I just haven't had time to launch yet. Love the way your site looks tho!
Thanks for all of the comments guys... I will get in touch with you guys that have dating sites. I'll also make sure to update my progress with the two sites in this blog
Nice work man, hit me up on Skype and let me know what links you need for dating, I can help.
I really like the dating site and we have one we'll do a swap with. And for the bingo site, I see your home page on the front page for bingo bonuses. not too shabby.
Love the dating site. Looking forward to hear more about how it works out.
Yeah that's one of kundans best designs, I love it. Colours especially. Keep us updated :)
The dating site looks really good and not too spammy as many sites in that market tend to. Good job.
Very nice. It's posts like this that keep me motivated !
Let me clarify, if you can make money with adsense on your website, then normally you can make more through other means, like affiliate programs, ebooks, advertising, etc. From my experience it takes more content to make money from adsense than affiliate marketing. Like one click to an affiliate link could net you $50, whereas a click from adsense will get you $.05-$1.
