Those are pretty normal TTL values. It's kind of odd.
I can reach your Website from three proxies but not here at work. If I run traceroute from one of the proxy servers it shows me the same IP...
You should test the traceroute with some of the public tools that resolve a domain name back from many university servers.
Do you know what the TTL (time to live) value is set to for your domain...
