Not sure whats the issue with yours, when you go to add image it should open up a file box to choose image off your computer.

No need to upload images first and there is no need to configure...

If i remember correctly the image should upload auto for you but like i say been a while

I will look at one i sort of half developed last year and see what i can...

Used OS commerce and swear by it.

Used on one website going back a few years and turned a million a year so it ain't that shabby imo
