great theme front and back end have one of the older highroller themes by tom and is my favourite great to work with, thanks for the review

I had not looked into the backend before - I'm impressed :-)

I think it would be cool if you could get your designer to write a couple of words about it. I realize that only 1 in 100 care about stuff like that, but it is rare to see someone go the extra mile and make it easy for other designers to work with, and those things can save you a ton of time (or money) down the road.

This is a great offer, and I agree, this theme is amazing.

Yeah click rate is nice. And yes lot of direct search traffic through the posts - we're looking at adding more content though. Also Google Adwords has been just sick which I'll write about next time :)

Nice, I really like how you integrated the phpbay results on each page, looks great and I bet the click rate is through the roof.

Are you getting much direct search traffic through the posts themselves? IE the review I read was really short... just curious if google is sending any love yet to the internal pages?

It's a big advantage we have. Take every advantage of it you can while it lasts.

Ha - doesn't surprise me. It's usually not that they think it works, it's that they just don't want to learn something new, or are generally too stuck up to admit "Hey, I don't know something, I should learn about it" :)

Here is a conversation I had a few months ago with the head of my university's marketing department.

"It doesn't look like you discuss any kind of SEM, SEO or PPC strategies anywhere in the curriculum"

"That's Correct"

"You don't feel like the internet plays an important role in modern commerce?"

"Not right now"

"Give it a few years, maybe this internet thing will really take off"
